All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full). Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately, Cheque payments are not cleared for 10 days. We are responsible for orders reaching you, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense. Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery, please note royal mail do not consider a parcel lost for 15 working days (this equates to 21 days including weekends) Every effort is made to ensure that the information on this site is accurate, but we accept no liability for any errors on the site.
